* Yuva Sena (Youth Wing): As the party’s youth arm, the Shinde faction has established its own executive committee. It is effectively led in several regions by MP Shrikant Shinde (son of Eknath Shinde).

* Bharatiya Vidyarthi Sena (Student Wing): This organisation focuses on advocating for students’ rights and addressing educational issues.

* Shiv Sena Mahila Aghadi (Women’s Wing): Dedicated to resolving women’s grievances and ensuring their active participation in politics.

* Bharatiya Kamgar Sena (Labour Wing):

A powerful trade union that fights for workers’ rights across various industries. It holds significant influence in Maharashtra’s industrial belts.

* Sthaniya Lokadhikar Samiti:

This wing primarily works to ensure “Bhumiputras” (sons of the soil/local residents) get priority in employment opportunities within the state.

* Shakha (Ground Level Units):

The core strength of the Shiv Sena lies in its ‘Shakhas.’ The Shinde faction has established new units across Mumbai and Maharashtra while also securing control over several legacy branches.

* Ideology: The party remains firmly rooted in the principles of Hindutva and Marathi Pride.

* Election Symbol: The faction holds the legal right to the traditional Shiv Sena symbol—the ‘Bow and Arrow.’

* Alliance: The party is currently a key member of the ‘Mahayuti’ alliance, alongside the BJP and the NCP (Ajit Pawar faction).
